Every quote from ScaleUp is a fixed price based on a written scope. We do not bill by the hour for projects, so the number you approve is the number you pay unless you decide to add something.

When you request a quote, you get a clear number, a clear scope and a named person to talk to.

What we look at

For websites, the main cost drivers are the number of unique page layouts, the amount of content we write or migrate, integrations such as booking, payments or a CRM, and whether you need an online shop. For marketing, we look at the channels, how competitive your market is and how much reporting you need. Ad spend for Google or Meta is separate and is paid directly from your own account.

Typical price ranges

Our website packages start at $500 for a Basic site, $750 for Standard and $1,500 for Premium. Custom builds, eCommerce stores, GoHighLevel funnels and AI chatbot and automation projects are quoted individually. Monthly services such as SEO and Google Ads management are billed as an agreed fixed fee.

How long it takes

We reply to quote requests within one working day. Simple projects usually get a price in that first reply. Larger projects need a short call first, and we send the written quote within a couple of days of that call.

What the quote includes

You receive a list of pages or deliverables, what is included and excluded, the timeline, payment milestones and who owns what at the end. Your domain, hosting, website and ad accounts stay in your name. If anything is unclear, ask and we will explain it in plain language before you commit.
