ScaleUp is a digital marketing and web development agency based in Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir. Since 2017 we have designed websites and run marketing for small businesses and agencies in Pakistan, Europe, the UK and the USA.
Our story
Your growth-focused digital partner
ScaleUp was founded by Haseeb-ul-Hassan in Muzaffarabad in 2017. It started with website design and grew into a full-service team covering web development, SEO, paid ads, social media, branding and automation.
Many of our clients have worked with us for years. Some are business owners who need a site that brings in work; others are web agencies abroad who hand us their builds under their own brand.
We work remotely, keep communication simple and give fixed prices before work starts.

Our office is on Eid Gah Road in Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir. Most of our clients are in Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, France and the USA. We work remotely, schedule calls in your time zone and keep projects moving with updates every one to two days.
